Won't boot on first try

Hi!

I built my current pc last fall and it all worked very fine. Last week I added an SSD to my build to make it snappier.

But since, my pc won't boot on the first try. When I press the power button I get the number 99 in the right bottom of the screen but with a bit of the last 9 a bit outside of my screen. And then nothing happens, all I see is the same screen. If I press the restart button or turn my pc off and then turn it on, it boots normal. Just like it should do and like it did before I installed the SSD.

Latest drivers are installed and the SSD is first in the boot priority list.

My build:

i5 - 4690k

MSI Z97 - s02

Asus GTX 760

WD blue 1TB

OCZ Arc 100 120GB

Fractal Design Integra 550W

Fractal Design define R4

The motherboard is a modification that the biggest pc store here in sweden sell. http://eu.msi.com/product/mb/Z97-S02.html#hero-overview

Does anyone have an idea on what the problem can be or do I just have to live with it?

the 99 thing is msi post code and there not very clear on this but I think it is something to input devices in the pci slots. try and remove anything in there

Main PC: ASUS PRIME X299-A / Core i7 7820X / 16GB DDR4 / Palit GTX 1070 Ti / Corsair CX550F / Corsair Carbide Air 540

Secondary PC: ASUS X99-A / Core i7 5820K / 16GB DDR4 / EVGA GTX 780 ti Classified / Corsair CX500M / Fractal Define S

I had an issu like that on my VI Hero. When it first booted it would display 00 and do nothing it also caused other problems for me. All I had to do was update the BIOS I think
