Help Findng HeadPhones?

DarkBlade2117

So my I ran over the cord to my Razer Kraken Pros and now the right side don't work, I tried fixing it and even when all the cables were connected it still didn't work. So I'm just gonna get a new headset. I'd like something that's Red or Black or both because that's gonna be the theme to my PC. Nothing over $150 please. I'll be looking and I'll post something if I find it.

I'd prefer if it had a mic, I don't care about mic quality to much it's just for Skype and stuff.

I wouldn't mind paying the extra $30 but what's the difference in quality?

I use ath-m40x and a webcam mic. On skype they say its fine. I upgraded to a xlr mic with a stand for 60. Also you could get the magnetic mic thing. Its cool and it like 35$. Then an nice set of headphones and BOOM!

Just because you don't care, doesn't mean other others don't. Don't be a self-centered asshole. -Thank You a PSA from the people who do not say random shit on the internet.

Hyperx if you absolutely gotta have a headset (with integrated mic and all), but personally I'd prefer to go with audio technica TAD-300 + generic brand lapel mic, if you wanna go on a budget (yea I feel you, 14 is 'that' age, lots of things to buy, not enough money to do it...)

This is an el cheapo $1 lapel mic would sound like:

* the gain was pumped up because I intended to record solely on the sound leakage. On general uses, the gain won't pick up the leakage nearly as much
