Do you know any other languages?  Do you have any programming experience? What do you plan on doing with .NET?

Do you know any other languages?  Do you have any programming experience? What's your goal?

I know the fundamental basics of C++ and Python, other than that not much

Title really says it all

They may or may not have some sites listed in the programming resources thread (see my signature)

But are you planning on using C# in ASP.NET or something?

As a self taught c# programmer myself, just get an idea, start a project and work through it. Google anything you don't know, that's how you learn. Just go for it.

That being said this is for hobbyist programming, if you want to make complete and structured software it takes a long time to master and properly organize code and pickup on good semantics, so lynda.com may be for you in that situation.
