Can I edit and photoshop on it?

 

sure, its not THE most powerful machine, but it should handle photoshop ok

You can edit and photoshop on anything. Back in my days we were rendering on x86.

Im thinking to spend 1000-15000 dollars. Im from Norwya and we have to pay like 25% taxes one evrything but bread, so it might seem like alot.
