Jay gets 3 Titan X's but Linus only 1?

CoolaxGaming

Hello!

I just wanted to know, after seeing Jayz Skunkworks V3 videos, he mentioned something about 3 Titan X's. Than in todays video, he mentioned that those Titan X's were provided by Nvidia...

And, he got these cards because he wanted them is his personal rig...

Cool eh?

BUT

Linus was planning to do a 5k benchmark, which would be better publicity for Nvidia, and they refused to send him even 2?

Is there something that I am missing?

Doesent Linus also have more dialy views and total subscribers?

Than why did Nvidia give Jay 3 titan x's for something like a personal rig and not to Linus, who just wanted to test em?

NOTE: Guys, lets be civil, dont turn this into a flame war, or mods will lock this

Lets all ripperoni in pepperoni

I love both jay and linus, but when I go to linus and enjoy his content more and his videos are a more profesional quality which i agree would be more publicity for nvidia but maybe it is because nvidia is buddy buddy with jay. Or jay asked alot earlier

its not because its linus that he's on top. jay will watercool them and there are a LOT of factors that comes to mind when doing such a thing.   its not because linus wants to do something that Nvidia will let him do it. jay will probably (im 100% sure bout it) do some benchmarks too.

who knows. maybe linus would use all 3 in a single video. then use them from time to time to do benchmarks. jay will use them all the time for his rig.

and his rig is pretty much the first thing that comes to mind with his channel.  think about it. its the main ''attraction'' that followed the channel the whole way through.

Jay is bae

I dunno why, because they helped with the 980s (I believe) So it only makes sense for them to help him keep his system at the bleeding edge I'd imagine

There is no favourites bullshit going on, he probably got one from each hardware vendors or maybe evga just straight up sent them all to him because they are awesome. Also, Jay isn't known to leave expensive hardware sitting in the fucking rain....

Jay already explained it he talked about it long before the cards came out. He had already got told he would get them they are not review units. Linus asked for a review unit which they were out of at the time. If Linus would have asked when Jay did then he likely would have got his 2 he wanted maybe 3 if he asked.

I'm almost 100% sure EVGA sent him the cards, not NVIDIA.

But to make it clear, Jay didn't buy the cards. We could ask him himself though, couldn't we? JayzTwoCents or on Twitter, since I assume he doesn't check LTT a lot.

Nvidia said no because Linus took too long to ask. Linus here is at fault for believing that Nvidia would hold two or three for him without even asking.

That's it.
