I was going to go with the 210, but that's $11 more, and it seems a little big. He's not going to be upgrading this at all, he just wants to play LoL on the lowest settings with a decent framerate.

Well an a6 should do that job and then some. Now with that psu it's probably not going to explode or kill the components when there is a power surge lol. Diablotek is probably named that because they drag your components to hell.

And as far as cases go, you can really get anything. Some are just lack luster in features.

Is the power supply that is in that case any good? My friend is trying to build a super cheap computer to play LoL on.

No the powersupply is crap. Anything from diablotek is completely crap. But seeing as it's for LoL. You won't really need more than crap hardware for it. I suggest getting something like and evga 400w 80+ certified. Those are usually around 30 but that means you should get a case too. Most of the cheap ones are usually 20-30. So do the hardware a favor, save it's life with a decent psu. lol

Ryzen 3700x -Evga RTX 2080 Super- Msi x570 Gaming Edge - G.Skill Ripjaws 3600Mhz RAM - EVGA SuperNova G3 750W -500gb 970 Evo - 250Gb Samsung 850 Evo - 250Gb Samsung 840 Evo  - 4Tb WD Blue- NZXT h500 - ROG Swift PG348Q

Never trust PSUs by brands like Diablotek.

Are there any super cheap cases that come with a decent psu? Or is that completley out of the question. He want's to keep the build under $190

I don't really know of any? Maybe cooler master has some? But if you take my suggestion as before, get something like an nzxt 210 and a evga 400w it should still stay under 190.
