need a battery bank

i need a batterybank that can charge multiple phones at once,

i am going to travel with it so it has to fit in a backpak.

 

my budget is €150.

Take a look at TP-LINK TL-PB10400, has two 5V outputs (2A and 1A) and 10400 mAh capacity, costs about $50. 

 

Also, HyperJuice Plug, comes in 12000 mAh and 18000 mAh, dual 5V 2A ports, ~110$, integrated wall socket plug although you might have to use an adapter since US has different plugs (don't quote me on that).

I don't know if this charger is available in the Netherlands but I use http://www.gpbatteries.com/INT/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&layout=item&id=460&Itemid=663 .

 

Works very fine and wasn't too expensive. Can charge two units at once.
