Your router supports only Wireless N and it's maximum WiFi throughput is 450Mbps. The WiFi card you want to buy is good, even an overkill since the card also suports Wireless AC which your router does not have.

Here's a Data Sheet: http://www.netgear.ae/images/pdf/NETGEAR-CG3000v2-D-04112014-1.pdf

If you can afford this WiFi card and don't mind paying for it, you should get the overkill one. Because you are in some way future-proofing your PC. If now that you know your WiFi router is Wireless N only you don't see the before mentioned card as a viable choice than pretty much anything over 300Mbps is good. I know TP-Link has a 450Mbps Wireless N card.

well should I just get a power line adapter for a better stable performance? Like this one?http://www.msy.com.au/network-device/13966-d-link-dhp-p309av-powerline-av500-passthrough-network-starter-kit.htmland just wondering if it is faster than the wireless card that I suggested.

WiFi depends on the distance of your router. And Powerline depends on the quality and age of your power installations.
