weird white lines

star_weaver
Go to solution Solved by star_weaver,

found the issue with the white lines, its msi afterburner itself O.o time to find a new OC tool

i got an r7 260x since it was the only half decent card in my price range of less than $400

and a couple days in with some playing around with msi afterburner with overclocking and what not and for some reason after a windows update it says

AMD Radeon R7 200 Series [engineering sample - wddm v2.0]

and when ever i play some of the games i have

- deadspace 2
- skyrim
- msi kombustor
- and a few other games i cant think of right now
it has a white line that flicks on and off on the left side of the screen making it look like theres 3 of them

but when i play
- cod advanced warfare
- dragon age 1 2 or 3
- assassins creed unity
it doesnt

gpu, gigabyte R7 260X OC rev 3.0
http://www.gigabyte.co.nz/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5267#ov

is it an issue with the card or something on my end, it didnt happen with my old gtx 750

using latest non beta catalyst driver version
