GTA 5 - 2 of my cars are gone!

I am really angry about what ever is going on in GTA 5. I lost 2 cars. One was 95k + all upgrades and one for 375k and all upgrades. I checked both garages, called the insurance and I wasn't arrested. There is no reason for the cars to be gone!

 

Is anyone else having these problems?

Contact Rockstar Support with that info, they should work the problem out for you

This has been happening to some people. Email rockstar, don't post on the support page, otherwise they will take forever to get back to you. Explain to them the situation and they will probably give you a cash refund

Bypass the support forum. You'll get real help by sending them a ticket, like you did, and communicating over email.

same thing happend to me i lost my guardian fully upgraded

Bypass the support forum. You'll get real help by sending them a ticket, like you did, and communicating over email.

i was on xbox and i had it then i transferred my profile and now its gone

ok, I was ingame, changed cars and when I returned  they were gone.

that sucks dude. i was pretty pissed when i found out that my car was gone now that i think of it maybe it was blown up when i switched then after i switched i bought i new garage and sold the garage that the truck was in and maybe that glitched it out

when i try to set my platfoem as pc is tells me to dowload a dxdiag and another file to do it yet if i choose any other platform it doesnt ? and it wont let me post it unless i do it

run and enter msinfo32 and dxdiag. Then save the files.

those files contain specs about your PC. I find it stupid too, because it doen't have anything to do with stuff getting deleted.
