Easiest way to transfer Win7 userdata to another system?

Hans Power

So, I kinda killed my am2+ mainboard just recently together with my Phenom II CPU (don't ask). Everything else including my system SSD and my HDDs are just fine and I'll move to a Z97 platform some time next week. Now I wonder what the easiest way would be to keep or transfer the userdata of my old system SSD when I have to reinstall windows 7 on the new PC. I do have a substitute PC with Windows XP running right now so I have access to all my data if needed. Any ideas to ease the process would be appreciated.
