Reliable mSata ssd for laptop?

Hello!

I have asked this question before, but as the samsung 850 evo msata is now available, I will pose the question(s) one last time

1.Does anyone have experience with the new samsung 850 evo msata ssd?

2. Can it compete with the msatas I can choose from (listed below) and/or which of those msatas would you choose (I prefer low heat and reliability over speed)

 

All 128 gb non-m.2 msatas

intel 530

 

Mushkin enhanced atlas

micron m600

Plextor PX-M6M

Samsung PM851

Samsung 850 evo

 

OR

256gb crucial M550
