HELP : Question on mount HDDs to ODD Bay for Obsidian 650D

sze_nian

Hi guys!

I'm thinking to make a slight mod on my current Obsidian 650D. Reallocate all HDDs to ODD bay with my own custom made bracket and also make a custom bracket for mounting 2x 120mm fans and screw them at the front 200mm front intake area of the case.

I would like to ask, if i custom make one braket and put 2 2.5inch HDD into the 5.25" ODD bay, without any fans at the front blowing air in. Will this make my HDD spoil easily due to no airflow?

Attached image is the preview of the custom HDD bracket at the ODD bay.
