Can an Xeon 1231 v3 insted of a i5 4690k make any difference?

Forgot to menstion i also have an HDD and an SSD.

Not really. Most people go for the i5 because it overclocks very well. Fixed for SSD and HDD: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MVfbf7Upgraded cooler for more overclocking.

Talking about the over clocking...what about Amd fx 8350 its in the same price range too.and it comes with 8 cores

and  future games tend to use more cores it seems!

I only game! but according to microsoft..with the launch of DX12 the use of extra cores would give you a boost in performance!

Most games don't use more than 4, although there are exceptions like Battlefield 4, which uses six cores. The 8350 is a great processor, but the cores are weaker than that of a 4690K, so it's better to get the 4690K to have more consistent performance across all titles, as some games don't use more than a couple of cores, in which case the 4690K would shine over the 8350.

Don'ty focus on too many cores, focus on fewer, more powerful cores.

Stick with that first one and have you ever heard of gaming with a Xeon?!

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

After a couple weeks of behavioral sciences at my school I can easily conclude my parents need to grow up.

i5. The Xeon has a locked multiplier, so overclocking on that cip is risky and yields unstable overclocks. Besides, an i5 scales just as well, even better in some cases, while being around 10-20 dollars cheaper.

I dont know much about overclocking...so i dont think i ll overclock my processor! so that extra money which go for a cooler can give me a xeon and save my money right?
