budget upgrade FX-6100 to ...? for Witcher 3 & GTA V

if you could advise.

Because of GTA V and Witcher 3 I bought a GTX 960, upgrade from 560Ti

I'm thinking to buy a new CPU

Currently I have:

FX 6100 with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

msi gtx 960 2GB

motherboard GA-970A-D3

8GB DDR3

source aurum series 500W gold

400 gigabytes old HDD

2x SSD

What would you advise me upgrade for optimal system, new FX CPU would have made any difference in those games?

I would have to come to Intel?

Intel Core i5-4460 € 185

ASRock B85 € 68

Is it worth the money?

Please cheap balanced solution to my gtx 960.

Thank you and Im really sorry for my english

FX 8350 and the i5 4440/4460 are both great cpus for GTA V. Game does't show much favoritism  according to many benchmarks.

Go for an i5. Your graphics card might hold you back a little bit in those games but you can just turn some settings down and barely notice a difference

Can you estimate how many fps could be increased with i5 or with new fx from fx6100?

Can it be more then 20fps?

FX 8350 cost about 170€

Intel Core i5-4460 € 185 plus motherboard ASRock B85 € 68
Is it worth?

Yes, well and truly. The FX 8350 is a few years old now, and even when released people weren't that impressed with its performance. (BTW, Intel CPU's from 2008 such as the Xeon X5450 and even QX6850 can play 4 threaded games faster).

Edit:

Also, if you wanted to in the future you could upgrade the i5 to an unlocked i7 (they smack an FX 8350 silly), which will mean all you will really need is a GPU upgrade every now and then for the next 4+ years, and possibly memory/storage.

If money is tight, see how it performs on what you have first. Then, if there's some eye candy you can't turn on that you think you must see or you can't manage a frame rate that pleases you, upgrade.
