how to enable SLI without spanning displays with surround?

Go to solution Solved by xentric,

Are you selecting "Maximize 3D performance" and not "Span Displays with Surround"?

When i go to enable sli through the nvidia control panel i only get the option to enable it by spanning my displays using nvidia surround. And if i try to do that it just flashes the screens and they go black and i have to reboot to be able to see anything on my screens, do anyone know how to fix this? pls`....
