My computer keeps booting

So, one day, my computer begun to boot, fan started to spin, and then he just turned itself off, and rebooted, and this time erything went well.

Now this keeps happening, and if I put it to sleep, he just keeps booting and turning off, in an endless cycle, and I have to pull the pulg and turn on again for it to work.

 

After he turns on, it runs perfectly.

Anyone had this problem before?

What happens if(after pulling the plug and turning it on) you shut it off and attempt to turn it on again?

What happens if(after pulling the plug and turning it on) you shut it off and attempt to turn it on again?

 

It does the on, off, on cycle again and on the second on, he stays on, and boots correctly.
