Under $700 pc build AUD

Hi i have been asked by my brother to build him a new computer for under $700 AUD

I allready have 8gb of ram and a hdd to use in the system.

He wants to be able to play GTAV on it 

And btw i have intentionaly purchased older hardware cause i dont want his pc to be better than mine
