RCA input losing connection, any good ideas?

I have a reciever, in which the pins of the female RCA connector are fairly stretched out and not making contact with the chord (any chord) hooked up to my sub woofer, is there any way I can fix it without replacing the jack entirely? Any ideas are appreciated.

You could just get a stud that fits the center hole and makes good contact and directly solder a spliced RCA cable to that stud and the exterior contact ring, not the most elegant but ti will work.
