Helpful GTA V performance trick for Nvidia users

This helped me out so I thought i'd share for anyone with issues with frame drops, stuttering, or just low frames.

Saw this on another forum, tried it and 20-30 FPS improvement is exaggerated. I did get more FPS but only around 10 more.

Accidently mark solved instead of quoting. That's annoying. Anyways I assume it's different from person to person. I didn't use it for more frames though, I had an issue with stuttering.

I'm still getting crashing =/
