I'm in the same boat as you. I'm kinda leaning more to the Enthoo pro because of it's looks but I am going to have a watercooler, most likely the Coolermaster Nepton 240m. Still don't know which one to choose.

I won't overclock so should I still watercool...?

I'm not a expert on this but I'm not going to overclock much aswell, if your going to play high end games that will raise the heat of your cpu alot than it's not a bad idea but I don't know much about that stuff. It won't hurt if you do get a watercooler.

I vote the Phanteks.  Bigger to work with, lots of excellent cable management, expandability incase you ever do wish to try and watercool or if the market pushes toward AIO's attached to all GPU's.  Also even if you don't OC, it's still good to watercool - aircooling can have clearance issues with ram and sometimes the first PCIE Slot of a mobo.  Granted with watercooling you can have more noise than an air-cooler, but Enermax's Liqtech series is great for silent, all metal AIO's.

Enthoo Pro~
