Squarespace - Looking into their service for e-Commerce (UK)

So I currently have a website hosted and built on the goDaddy service and it'll be running out soon and my renewal will be kicking in soon, I've been watching Linus for a long time and always see their Ad's on the videos so I thought I would check them out as a new service for hosting my shop.

 

I've watched reviews online and their site builder looks really clean, so easy to use compared to the goDaddy one I'm currently using. But the one thing that doesn't have me jumping at this, is the payment option they force you to use, it seems like an American service and since I live in the UK I'm kinda concerned about this and was wondering if there's anyone in this community that uses them and how the payment option is?

 

Any words of advice from UK users of their service would be great, or any guys from the US wanna give me any in-sight into how they feel Squarespace is.

squarespace looks very nice, i think that will please customers, and it is always nice to use linus' referral link for these things i would say: squarespace all the way. They have a ton of features. and squarespace has a free trail right? you could set up your website on squarespace and see if it is better for you.

 

TL;DR: go to squarespace.com and start your free trail, then decide if it is better for you

According to them it'll work. Also have a look at the support page of Stripe (their payment manager): https://support.stripe.com/questions/which-currencies-does-stripe-support

I haven't used it as a seller, but as a buyer and the experience was pretty good.

Cheers for those links man, answered a lot of my questions for me. Seems they do offer a UK service and I can host my products using GBP so that's a plus. 

 

14 Day free trial is a very nice touch, I might just take the plunge with Squarespace and use the linus code for 10% off.

So I've spent the last couple hours using the free trial and jesus this service is so smooth and easy to use! Going to buy the full package tomorrow, glad I saw this sponsor on Linus videos. 

 

10/10 would recommend this service.
