Android app won't install after flashing new ROM

Hello, I need some assistance. 
Yesterday, I flashed CM 12.1 on my Google Nexus 5. It works like a charm, however there is this one app "mSecure" that won't install no matter what. I got this fairly expensive app from the Amazon App Shop for free and used it without any problems before I flashed Cyanogenmod. Previously I used Paranoid Android with Android 5.0.1, now I'm using 5.1.1

What can I do to fix this problem? I have the data backed up by the way, but I forgot to use TitaniumBackup to save the apk.

Side note: every other App works just fine, even from the Amazon Shop

Different ROMs run modified or additional code. Logcat it and give it to the ROM's developer.
