Although, unless your planning on upgrading this, you really don't need a 600w. I know it's good to have a more powerful one/one with more wattage, but your only using ~300w, so you could get a 430w instead and maybe save some money, not sure how much though :)

If you plan on overclocking your i5, you should replace the H97 board with a Z97 one. The H97 may have overclocking capabilities but it isn't designed for it, a Z97 board is made for overclocking. If you don't plan of overclocking, you can change the i5 4690K to i5 4440, similar performance but much cheaper and you can keep the H97 motherboard.
