CPU Z Says CPU Is Clocked At 3,8Ghz

I was looking at CPU-Z And it says that My CPU Is Clocked at 3899Mhz which doesn't make any sense because I have an i5 4690k At Stock of 3.5Ghz

Kind Of Confused

Thanks

Turbo Boost.  Your CPU will automatically boost up on a single core when the power is needed.  This is normal.
