Asrock H97m pro 4 Overclock

Can I overclock my i5 4690k on it? The bios has an overclocking tab when i can overclock but i dont know if i should.

Yes, some ASRock motherboards have something called Non-Z OC, but it limits you to pre-defined 4.0/4.2/4.4... I think.  You can try and do one of these non-Z OCs, make sure you have aftermarket cooling.
