$120 beginner gaming pc plz help

Hey guys My names Griffy It's nice to meet you. I worked for this money instead of asking my parents so that's why my budget is so low. this is what I've built

GPU: Quadro 6000 Purchased ( Was trying on selling it to increase my budget but I couldn't find anyone to buy it );

 

RAM: 4 Sticks of 4GB 1333 mhz Purchased

 

HARD DRIVE: Seagate 100GB 7200 rpm Purchased

 

Any advice at all would be great I'm not trolling I actually wanna game with this budget yes I know this wont play crysis but it will be able to play leauge at low to medium settings I can promise you that, I only play leauge and maybe minecraft sometimes so it doesn't have to get a really crazy gaming pc

Also 16 core cpus are not for gaming , nor are gtx titans usually.

And you are not gonna do much with a quadro , its a professional grade cards not tailored for gaming.

Looks good. I would upgrade that PSU first, then the GPU, then the storage (maybe SSD + 1tb)

Also, if you have 32gb of RAM, maybe sell 16gb of it? That is insanely overkill as games never use over 8gb of RAM. Ever.

nope I'm not trolling I'm just the luckiest person alive sometimes people don't need there comps anymore and one time someone needed everything but their quadro 6000 so I asked for it and he said I could have it also a quadro 6000 is only $600 at most and are hard to sell
