Hi guys I'm looking for decent AIO water cooling for light to mild overclocking with cheaper price and I already have three candidates: NZXT X40 or X31, and Corsair H60 (Fyi in my place these three water coolers have similar prices). So what should I go with? Or is there any better AIO water cooler with similar price?

I wouldn't bother with 120mm rads they generally cool worse than a standard air cooler, i would look into a dual 120mm rad like an h100i  (if it fits in your case)

Or just get a good air cooler (eve 212, dark rock pro etc)

IMO....Don't. I can't think of a single 120mm AIO that outperforms a comparably priced air cooler.

AIO's tend to come into their own at the 240mm+ sizes, where the shear fin surface area lets the rig run quieter, and more efficiently.

Free advice is worth what you pay for it however.

No love for the 140mm coolers?

I believe the kraken x41 isn't too bad. Although still kinda pricey i guess...

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

I forgot to say that I have limited to none space for big air cooler (corsair carbide spec-02 case) so i think decent air coolers are out of my list

yeah don't get an aio. I got an h80i and I regret not getting a 212 or a dark pro 3..  actually lots of things I regret in my build...

A dark rock pro will fit with 7mm clearance. a 212 evo won't (so close, misses out by 2 mm)

Also if you consider a cooler like the H100i, be sure to include two additional fans in the budget if you don't already have them. The H100i sounds like a jet engine otherwise.

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

The only noise in mine is the pump. It isn't really noisy, but it is audible. (Choose the silent, or balanced options from the corsairlink software dropdown menu on your taskbar)

yep true haha i never even attempted to use the stock fans, just keeping them in my spares box

Mine never left the box either, I bought some AF120s quiet editions to go along with it :P

I've just gotten picky over noise, my case fans are the only thing emitting any detectable noises right now :P

I thought dark rock pro was 163mm (which is way higher than maximum clearance of my case)

Are you going to heavily overclock? I am getting a 120mm AIO for my upgrade, even if it doesn't cool as well as a high end air, it will fit better in my case and a few degrees difference doesn't matter.

buy an AIO if you want. dont bother everyone trying to convice you to buy a cheap air cooler. i prefer AIO from air coolers. i was looking in the corsair h80i, thermaltake 3.0 performer, fractal design kelvin t12 and coolermaster 120v. the 120v is the best in price/performance ratio and the h80i the best in performance. if you want to go with 140mm radiator i would suggest the cm nepton xl (i am not sure about the name but i am pretty close :P ). with all these AIO you can get a very decent oc in your cpu

CPU Intel i5-4690k | Motherboard Asus Maximus VII Ranger | RAM Kingston HyperX fury 8gb (2x4gb) | GPU sapphire r9 280x vapor-x oc | Case Corsair Carbide 200R | Storage WD Blue 1tb | PSU Corsair CX750M
