Interfacing DLP/DMD chips with DisplayPort

T.Vengeance

How would I go about interfacing a DLP chip with DisplayPort (assume I can learn everything, aka it's not complicated for me). Hoping some electrical engineer could help me out here, or anyone with knowledge of the subject. So if I order some DLP chip from Texas Instruments, or off ebay, how would I create a PCB to interface that to DP? What ICs would I need to solder, etc. Is the datasheet given by Texas Instruments relevant?

I really really don't think you're going to find what you need on here. If you know what you're doing, then you'll need to find the wiring diagram and data sheets for all the components. Then you'll need to design some circuit boards.

Basically, if you know how to do it, you'll figure it out. I suggest starting by talking to an actual Electrical Engineer - like, in real life.
