Which motherboard for i5 4440 ?

Gigabyte B85M-D3H is really good, and only about $80.

pc specs: 4 function calculator / 8 digit lcd display / colored numeric and function buttons

Remember that your motherboard socket must match the CPU socket! With that in mind, the first motherboard you linked won't fit the CPU.

 

AsRock makes some good lower-end motherboards (in terms of price), so I'd look into something B85 from them.
