My thoughts on Lightroom 6

-The Face Detection is very nice

-GUI is still clumsy

-Processing is a bit faster

I think it's a pretty good update to be honest. I only have about 5k (uncompressed, 14 bit RAW) photos in my library, but I was feeling the slow down w/ LR5, LR CC seems to be quite a bit more responsive in most ways.

Keep in mind, they also added GPU acceleration.

GPU acceleration and therefore faster processing is huge :)

I couldn't care less for HDR or Face Detection though.

After using it 3 days I can say that I won't buy it as long as there's no student and teacher version.

120€ is a joke I am using Lightroom 4 and there are only minor updates and new functions which are slow and average.
