Gaming and Recording Pc for Around £500

1. Budget & Location

My budget is £500 but £550 is max. I am in London, UK.

2. Aim

My aim with this system is to play games from medium to high settings with 60fps and over if possible, I would also like to be able to record on this pc, recording games, video edit - not heavy and do some occasional streaming. Some of the games I will be playing are, CS.GO, TF2, Minecraft, Fractured Space, GTA V PC.

3. Monitors

I am planning on running this pc with one monitor, you do not have to include the monitor in the build.

4. Peripherals

I just need a simple keyboard and windows 7 64bit.

5. Why are you upgrading?
I'm not.

ATX Z97 give you room for an i7 sometime later if you ever want to go that way. Same reason for 1x8GB, you can upgrade to 16GB sometime later (And dual channel isn't half of what its hyped). The R9-280 is just an underclocked 280X, so spend some time in something like afterburner, you'll get it faster in no time.

Windows is what is pushing this over your budget. I'm sure you can find a cheap legal key somewhere on the internet...

I got this from an external website:

Intel Core i5-4590

MSI H97 PC Mate

Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB

Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (maybe try 8GB)

Western Digital Blue 1TB

Corsair Carbide SPEC-01

EVGA 500B

Samsung 24x DVD Burner

(cough cough) Windows 8.1

You could save money getting windows... elsewhere...

or just wait for windows 10? Idk, up to you.

EDIT: It had links but they all malformed when I copied to this site...
