So i saw this pop up on my facebook feed , all i can think about is the price :o

I like it, but don't love it. I prefer a more blocky structure to the heatsinks rather than the more "ergonomic" build that they appear to have here.

I wished Nvidia and AMD Let board partners use their own designs for coolers and such as they tend to kick the reference designs ass.

I dont like the color changing "feature" I think it would be very distracting if you have got a very expensive&color coordinated build

And ithink to not watercool a Titan is a huge missed steak

I'd buy it if I had the money. I actually want a Titan X really badly! :D 

Shame I probably wont upgrade my rig for another year or two.

Idk, I always thought that the reference coolers for both AMD and NVidia were nicer than most of the after market coolers, but ran hotter.

Agreed. It was a super good choice on AMD's behalf. I think we will see all dual GPU cards, have an AIO in the future. It's really the only way to keep a decent temp on the card, without having the case boil. The Titan Z might actually have been kinda useful (at a retarded price still), if it had an AIO. Instead it was just underclocked and thermo throttled sometimes.

What other option was really interesting? We saw the devil 13 sucking hard, like the Titan Z: Tripple cooler, noisy and so hot, it thermo throttled a bit. Just utter pointless. Asus released their Ares III as a single slot card with a custom water block, so you got that.

Only watercooled versions w/ AiOs or blocks are allowed as far as non reference air cooled versions go that is still on lockdown by nvidia.

I think it's ugly. I hate the plastic look on gpus. But still interesting, I like aio gpu coolers. I wish there would be a more blocky metallic one of these though.

Wasn't that cooler stock?  Stock and reference coolers are open for criticism, sure, but aftermarket heatsinks are options... and having options isn't a bad thing.

 

Besides, a vast majority are critical of AMD for other reasons, not their AIO cooler ;)

I practice and study Buddhism, admire art, love cats, build computers and enjoy civil debate.
