What is a good dslr under $700 with full 1080p video and Picture?

Ugh, I hate the T5 but for that price it's good.

 

OP, when you say full 1080p, do you mean at 60 FPS?

I own the T5 and it is great other than the lack of a swivel screen, my reason for going with it was I was going to use an external monitor either way.

I'm no pro but I do know the Nikon d5300 has 1080p

Not sure about the upgraded d5500.

As for Lens, depends on what your going to film.

Canon t3i with 18-135mm (It's $35 above your budget but the 135mm will allow you to get closer up in your videos if you don't want to move the camera).
