I Need Some Help Here

So, I just made my own NAS with freenas and am loving it. I noticed I could set up the NAS to initiate ad shutdown and tryed to see if I could figure it out. It then gave me a box to write scripting in. Looks like this:

I am pretty helpless at coding like this. Could you guys help me out here?
