Wiring a RJ11/12 to DB15 adapter help!

A friend of mine needs to fax for his small business he has some old hp fax machine and a newer hp pavillion latop. The laptop only had a rj45 port. So i ordered him an adapter to use his DB15 port intead.

I get this in the mail... Anyone have an idea hos to wire this. just want to send faxes

if i understand correctly, are you trying to connect the printer to an ethernet port? as far as i know you can't do that with such an adapter, you'd need a print server with the right connector or an usb adapter
