Will my CPU cooler and Memory have any clearance issues with each other?

Hello I plan on ordering my PC parts tomorrow and just wanted to make sure my CPU cooler and Memory won't have and clearance issues and if so what memory can i replace it with to resolve it with the same performance. Here are the parts I have picked out.

CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler

Memory - Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Motherboard - Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

if you used all 4 slots..the first slot might be blocked a bit

but since you are only using 2 slots

its fine

 

the vengence pro's have very tall heatsinks

Cool thank you for the quick response :) I'm only using two dimms of memory so I should be good if it only blocks the first slot
