Need a red/black 1150 board

Hey everyone!  My GF's board or processor is going it seems and I am going to go with a 4690k and a board.  Looking for a mild 4.2GHz OC on a hyper 212 evo.  I am leaning towards the CPU being the issue.  The PC keeps hard shutting down, mostly on idle it's losing power.  Tested outlet, different PSU, ram GPU and had the board replaced as well.  But anyway, her PC is a red/black color scheme and I was considering the Z97 FTW by EVGA as I love their products, but it's currently 140 and a bit more then I wanted to spend.

The gigabyte board has bad reviews, the MSI boards are as much as the FTW.

I went with the Gaming 5.  I was really considering the FTW by EVGA though.
