Wi-Fi IP address

So my question is if someone is on my Wi-Fi will they have the same IP address as me ?

they will have a different local ip , but the main IP will be under the same yes.

They will have the same external address as you (also known as a WAN address, this is given to you by your ISP). They will have a different internal IP address. This is the 192.168.1.x address that your computer reports (example: This computer is 192.168.1.144, while my Surface Pro 3 is 192.168.1.128, while if they were online, they would show the same I address to the server they are accessing).

I am asking because i got banned in online game because of multiple accounts so you are saying that they cant tell the difference from me and someone on my Wi-FI because i dont know how else would i get banned i think one of my neighbours knows my password

Yeah the website you are on would most definitely get the same ip from multiple users connected to your network.
