cleaning out my hdd

im just cleaning out my hard drive and looked in the temp folder C:\Users\Cieran\AppData\Local\Temp and found a load of crap is can i delete every thing in that folder 

 

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

Yeah, cleaner software will delete all of those temp files for you too.
