Far Cry 4 - patch 1.10 - Removes high textures? - Replaced by low sized files

so i downloaded the updated today, and i noticed the file size of the DLC was drastically reduced, 4 GB files were reduced to 1 GB and so on, some files have even turned to 0kb, here's a screenshot of DLC files before(Left) and after the update (Right)

and no release notes anywhere by ubisoft, same with everybody ?

Maybe they were using uncompressed textures before? really no idea.
