You said you weren't in the US and that you're using euros. Please supply us with the sites YOU are buying from. If not, I will abandon this thread due to huge miscommunications.

this is just the list, i did not even know it was in the us, the site's that i'm buying from, i don't have them because i'm asking you if it's a good build. and yes i am from the netherlands an i do use euro's

Exactly. You're using the US version of PcPartPicker, which is completely useless if you're buying from the Netherlands. I don't know any Dutch PC part sites, so....

Yes. Also, the screen size doesn't impact performance just a heads up

 now my next problem is that i have one widescreen (480p) and a lot of 4:3 screens (believe me, they are not hd :)) they all only have vga and my total budget is 600 euro, that's the pc without oparating system or case

If you just wanted to use that 480p monitor, you'd be able to use a 250X or less
