do i have enough power

will a corsair cx bronze 750w psu be enough for a pc with an amd fx 8350 4.4ghz, 16gb 1866mhz ram, 120gb ssd and 2 1tb hard drives and a gtx 970 or an r9 290?

If you oc the cpu and the gpu (I mean the 290) , maybe not (but probably it will be enough)

It's overkill. A decent 550w would already be plenty for either.
