Is my 970 configured correctly?

Harry£

Recently I got a computer with the following specs: http://prntscr.com/6vlmml

Basically I've been unsure recently about how well I installed and configured my components when I built my computer as all I pretty much did was install and go without much consideration about BIOS settings etc. I'm wondering if my system is performing to a good standard and if there's anything I can do within the bios to make my system run faster. As this is in the graphics cards section I guess I'm mainly focused on the GPU here.

Here's an image of my MSI Afterburner, I swear these numbers seem a little low? http://prntscr.com/6vlnmbor is this normal? I literally touched nothing in the BIOS.

Yes, as long as the clocks spike up when doing something demanding, you're fine.

Modern CPUs/GPUs downclock to save power when they're not doing anything intensive.

Sig under construction.
