NeatSquidYT

Could just be your OC. Mine has not crashed once in 40 hours.

the the 3d3.ini crash every 4 to 6 hours. Still happens with newest drivers. Restarting fixes it temporary.

In what way?

What is your reasoning for the settings you changed, and how does it effect performance?

I see reports of that going away if you close FRAPS.

A friend of mine was having constant crashes when he had FRAPS open as well. He hasn't had a single crash since he stopped leaving FRAPS open while playing.

don't have fraps, tuened off all the nividia crap, all background processes i could find thats wasn't system 32 :) im sure a patch will fix it, i run higher setting than most, had it dip to 8fps during a heist cutsceen, mostly stays 45-120 fps, norm being 54.i get frame tear at 59 to 62 fps, no vsync.

Just wish I could get the damn thing to stop crashing.

Sometimes it crashes when you should from car or switch characters in missions.

The CPU OC? Video cards are stick speeds, and I'm not running fraps.

Lol haven't made it far enough to get to the switching char. Missions.

Nope many other people get crashes and freezing.

Every game in the history of games have people crashing and freezing.  Doesn't mean it's not your OC.

How would you do this with AMD? CCC? RadeonPro? Downloading NVCP and modifying it to work with AMD GPUs?

Seems like this game gives me a lot of stuttering, anyone else had the issue?  Could it be vsync or the 59fps thing?

Can confirm, FPS increases by many frames.

Thanks.
