So windows is a troll ......

Hey Everyone

A while ago i posted about my Gigabyte GTX970 Windforce GPU not being able to OC at all , and i just found out why ( link fo rold topic : http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/296301-gigabyte-gtx-970-cant-oc-at-all/ )

i as my windows install .....

i got a Sandisk X110 256gb SSD so i had to re-install windows and now my 970 will over clock with out resetting , does anyone have any ideas as to why windows would cause that ?

anyways , i went into Msi after burner and stuck +150 mhz on my GPU , now it boost up to 1479mhz and dosent go over 65c (stock voltage)

why would windows cause that , and how far do you think i could push my 970 ? :)

Probably cause you had some kind of setting set up wrong. Most times a quick reinstall of Windows is the solution.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
