I forgot my password for the account on my windows 7 laptop how can I recover it!

Trinity recovery(I believe) Will help you with taking off passwords off computers. Use it all the time in computer repair

its a program/os you donwload onto a USB with another computer, and it will do like 20 diffrent things. one of them is change the passwords(IE, remove)

put it on a usb stick, then plug it into the computer you want to work on, and boot off the usb, then follow onscreen instructions

I use the boot USB option in bios but doesn't work
