Cool, but it's got a pretty small refresh rate window :(

60hz is small?

One: Yes, it is THAT noticeable. Two: a 60hz refresh rate TN?! 60?! Double no.

Think about it like this: you could buy that for now - but as soon as you can afford to, you're gonna replace it. The new monitors(4k ips gsync 144hz) should be out in a few months(if not sooner). Then you'll be all "Shucks, I wish I had waited...*sniffle."

I agree, IPS is much better than TN, but some people r in the market for a monitor NOW. And besides, for things like competitive CS:GO TN is better than IPS.

I thought the only reason TN was good was it had high refresh rates. But this one doesn't.  60Hz, thats all. Not 144 like some TN panels.

Faster response time.

There is less grey to grey time with a TN as oppose to other monitors, which applies mainly to competitive players such as my example of counter-strike.

Example: premium TN panels have response times of ~0.5 to 1 ms of response time, input lag on IPS panels are 4 (on very rare occasions) to about 8 or ten. Not an issue for most people, but an issue for some. TN panels generally also have better motion blur characteristics.
