A 100W psu is more than enough.

A single 980 isn't going to cut it on 4k.

Not a huge fan of the MSI board, I prefer the Asus X99 board but that's up to you.

Also not a big fan of the case for a build like this, the rest is fine.

You don't need X99 for a gaming pc.

Well I would suggest this spec for a gaming pc

i5 4690K

8GB DDR3 or 16GB if you want to push the boat out.

Gigabyte, Asus or MSI Z97 Motherboard. The Gaming 5 boards from Gigabyte and MSI are fine.

750W power supply is plenty for SLI.

Coolermaster Hyper Evo 212 cpu cooler. The H105 is a bit overkill. If you want something with a bit more cooling power then the Phanteks PH-TC14PE is a great cooler.

I wouldn't bother with a pci-e SSD. A standard SATA SSD is fine for a gaming pc. The Crucial BX100/MX100 and Samsung 850 Evo are good choices.

Are you in the USA ? And what is your budget ?

The Titan X actually does pretty well at 4K for a single card. Plus you always have the option to add a 2nd later on. You have less heat, and you don't need to worry about an SLI profile. Another good plus is the amount of Vram.

If you look at this link you can see that the Titan X gives good results at 4K. Not as fast as 2 x GTX 980's but then it is only a single gpu.

GTX 980 SLI is still a good option, but it doesn't really leave you with any upgrade path as a 3rd card probably won't scale that well in a lot of games.

It won't run the most demanding games at 60fps, but then neither will GTX 980 SLI. If you don't think you will ever buy a 2nd Titan X then stick with GTX 980 SLI.
