EDIT: How do I fix ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT ?

Hey guys, I'm facing a bunch of problems right now with GTA V. I got to play the game for 1 day, and then it bricked for some reason. I tried everything I could. I also reinstalled Windows from 8.1 to 7. When I used 8.1 I had a problem when launghing the game, and it said "ERR_D3D_INIT"... something like that. After the OS Re-Install when I try to launch the game, it instantly crashes on a black screen, and then closes down. Then when I click Problem Details... it says Problem Event name: APPCRASH. Then I try to run it as administrator and I get Problem Event name: BEX64... I just don't know how to fix this damn game and I would be REALLLLLY grateful if somebody could help me cause I've been waiting 3 damn years for this thing :/ THANK YOU !  :)

UPDATE: I re-installed windows and switched back to 8.1. Now when I try to run the game a message pops up saying the game crashed. This time the problem is a "ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT" Please smb let me know if you know what that is !
